One-Day Spring Yoga Retreat

Welcome the arrival of spring with a day dedicated to movement, breath, and gentle renewal. This one-day retreat offers a chance to step away from everyday demands and reconnect with yourself in a calm, supportive setting. Mutton Lane Yoga studio is tranquil and cosy with a wood burning stove if the weather is cold. It feels like a trip away even if you are just outside the city.
I will bring my inspiration from 5 weeks in india to the retreat, with both asana practice, pranayama (breathing exercises ) as well as food inspired from the Indian kitchen.
The day is unhurried, allowing time for practice, reflection, rest, and simply being.
A nourishing, home-cooked vegetarian lunch is included, prepared with care and enjoyed together.
