For me, yoga is not a performance; it’s a personal journey.

I believe yoga is for everyone, young and old.

Through yoga poses, meditation and a focus on breath, my yoga classes support you in slowing down, listening to your body, and stepping outside your comfort zone to strengthen the body, help balance and increase flexibility. I believe that yoga community is very important

I teach a weekly all level 80 min Hatha Flow yoga class on Tuesday mornings 10 am, held at Wunderbook studio, above Boots in Rathmines, Dublin 6. We use is a lovely room upstairs dedicated for yoga and Pilates practice. There is plenty of cafés near by for those that fancy a social coffee after the class. These classes are small and intimate where everyone gets plenty of attention and care.

I also offer a class for those that prefer a gentle class with the possibility to sit on a chair for the yoga postures. I call this class the Golden Yoga, 12.00-13.00 situated in my HomeStudio in Rathmines.

My style is a slow, flowing Hatha yoga, where the asanas are held for several breaths and the transition to the next position is done with mindful intent. Breath awareness play a big part in my practice. I also teach Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra. I adapt my classes to suit the level of everyone in the room. I give everyone attention.

I am also available for one-to-one yoga coaching and group workshops.

If you and a group of friends, a bookclub, work colleagues or other community group would like to organise a bespoke yoga workshop, I can incorporate a brunch, aromatherapy head massage, mindfulness or creative activities into an event that’s perfect for your group.

Get in touch about arranging a group workshop, so we can talk about your ideas.

During the summer I host retreats, yoga courses and weekly classes in Beddingestrand, Sweden.
